There is a 5 minute late grace period from the start of your appointment time. Deposits must be paid at time of booking. If the owners schedules your appointment, please be sure to pay the deposit within 12 hours of booking, or the appointment will be voided. Cancellations or reschedules must be done 24 hours prior to the official appointment time and there is a non refundable cancellation fee and a non refundable deposit that will be automatically charged to the card on file if cancelled after or within the 24 hour time window. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferable if appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour time period of the initial appointment time. No children or extra bodies allowed when coming in for a service. Children 10+ years old are welcome as long as they are receiving a paid service, must be accompanied by an adult 21+ years old. If at all there is any dissatisfaction with in 7 days of your service, please reach out to us and we will be happy to come up with a solution at no charge to the client. Tangled beauty spa will gladly re conduct any service so the client leaves satisfied. All hair services requiring color must have a consultation prior to the service. If you are booking a hair coloring service, be sure to book the consultation time prior to adding on the hair coloring service. All payments must be made with a valid credit/debit card and ID will be required when using the card. Please be prepared to fill out forms and waivers prior to any service. Tangled Beauty Spa has the full right to refuse service to any customer at anytime before or during a service for any reason seen fit.
